In 2011 the Jayson Shaw formed a group called Team Dogphresh. It began with just 6 members with a mutual goal of mentoring and encouraging young adults in the community to be great. The group began Hosting Events for Young Positive Adults (HEFYPA). The group begin in 2011 ran for two years, ending the program the end of 2012. The events included bowling, movies, cedar point, get togethers, meet ups, back to school givebacks and community service.
