In 2011, Jayson formed Team DogPhresh, a group that began with just six members and a shared goal: encourage young adults in the community to believe in themselves,

be positive, and strive to be great.

That idea grew into Hosting Events for Young Positive Adults (HEFYPA). From 2011 through the end of 2012, Team DogPhresh organized bowling outings, movie nights, trips to Cedar Point, get-togethers, meetups, back-to-school givebacks, and community service events.

Long before dpoe™ had a global community, Team DogPhresh established something that would remain at the heart of the brand: bringing people together, creating positive experiences, and using influence to inspire others.
