This website is provided and managed by DPClothing. DPClothing recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal and financial information. What Information DPClothing Collects

DPClothing does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, please ask your parents to register and/or use the online store.

DPClothing maintains customer data in our secured electronic DPClothing Customer Database which may be accessed by other companies within DPClothing throughout the world, by DPClothing selected contractors specialized in the management of personal data (e.g. storage of data, mailing, etc.) acting as DPClothing's data processors, and by select DPClothing partners.
In order to maintain our website, to manage our database, to distribute e-mails and to provide client communications, DPClothing contracts with selected third parties. Although DPClothing has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and DPClothing cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products.

Indemnity

Disputes

You may not assign the Terms or any of your rights or obligations under the Terms without DPClothing's express written consent. The Terms inure to the benefit of DPClothing's successors, assigns and licensees. The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
