Whether you have a question about a product, an order, sizing, shipping, your account, or another part of your experience, our goal is to provide clear, respectful, and helpful customer service.

When contacting us regarding an order, please provide your name, order number, and enough information for us to understand and address your concern.

ORDERS

When you place an order through dpoeofficial.com, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms and any additional policies presented during checkout.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we received it. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted or shipped.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Products submitted for return or exchange generally must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with applicable original tags and packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale may not qualify for return or exchange.

Certain categories, personalized products, limited releases, promotional items, clearance merchandise, gift cards, or products specifically identified as Final Sale may have additional restrictions or may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for protecting gift card information from unauthorized use. Lost, stolen, or improperly used gift cards may be subject to replacement limitations except where otherwise required by law.

ACCOUNTS & MEMBERSHIP FEATURES

If there is a conflict between these general Terms and specific written terms governing a particular program, the program-specific terms will control with respect to that program.

From time to time, dpoe may offer promotions, discount codes, giveaways, contests, special releases, or other promotional opportunities.

These offers may have separate eligibility requirements, deadlines, exclusions, geographic restrictions, or other conditions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers where permitted by law and to reject fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise improper use of promotional offers.

This includes, where applicable, the dpoe name and identity, the dp identity and related logos, LIVELMTLESS, and other distinctive dpoe branding, artwork, product designs, campaigns, and creative materials.

Access to the Site does not transfer ownership of any dpoe intellectual property to you.

Except as permitted by law or with prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, imitate, republish, or create derivative commercial works from protected dpoe content.

FRAUD & ABUSE

We reserve the right to review, refuse, cancel, restrict, or investigate transactions or account activity that we reasonably believe may involve fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse of promotions, resale activity inconsistent with stated restrictions, automated purchasing, identity misuse, or other unlawful or abusive conduct.
