Vegan Chick’ Teriyaki
This is a quick and delicious meal!
Cook Gardein Chicken substitute according to the directions on the package. I found it at my local Kroger grocery store.
I seasoned it to my liking as I cooked it
Fajita some fresh bell peppers and red onions then add to the Gardein chicken substitute mix in your pan.
Boil a cup of rice according to the directions on the package.
Plate your rice and cover in the teriyaki mix.
Top with some sesame seeds and enjoy!
