* 70 sumo squats (40 lb BB)

* 40 curtsy lunges (40 lb BB)

* 30 bench step ups (15lb DB's)

* 80 mountain climbers

* 50 glute bridges (40 lb BB)

* 20 jump squats

* 10 burpees

* 50 hip adductions (100 lbs)
