Guns Out & Summer Bodies

At my gym they now have a machine that does a 3D image of you while taking measurements. I had a great leg day and felt good, so I figured why not try this thing out. It's a huge awakening to see yourself like this. It's also nice because its motivation to keep pushing myself. Even though my journey to this point has seen some really good results, I know I still have a long way to go.
