4 carb waffle :) my go too pre workout breakfast its one scoop of level one protein by 1st phorm (chocolate peanut butter cup) one oz egg whites and some almond butter on top( i do one tlbs) its whag my macos allows this is great for if youre on competion prep like myself or if youre craving something sweet and on a lower carb day i also take my m factor multi vitamin and full mega which is my daily dose of omega this reduces inflamation,prmoted heart health and actually moderates your cholesterol levels if anyone has any questions about any of these products or sugesstons dm me here or hit me up on my ig lil.lexx_fitness happy to help :)
